This Privacy Policy explains how Yash Cube Classes ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use challenge.yashcubeclasses.com and enrol in the 21-Day Cube Challenge.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details: parent name, child's name, email, phone number, WhatsApp number, country code.
- Programme details: selected plan (Normal/VIP), optional add-ons.
- Payment information: processed directly by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank credentials on our servers.
- Usage data: page views, clicks, device/browser information, and similar analytics collected via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
3. How we use your information
- To enrol you into the Programme and deliver access to classes, WhatsApp group, and recordings.
- To send transactional messages (payment confirmation, class reminders, schedule changes) via email and WhatsApp.
- To provide customer support and answer your questions.
- To improve our website and Programme through analytics.
- To comply with legal obligations (invoicing, tax, dispute resolution).
4. Third-party services we use
- Razorpay — payments and invoicing.
- Zoom — live classes.
- WhatsApp / Meta — group communication and reminders.
- Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — website analytics.
- Google Workspace — email, spreadsheets, and records.
These third parties have their own privacy policies which govern how they process your data.
5. Children's privacy
The Programme is intended for children aged 5–15, and enrolment is completed by a parent or legal guardian. We collect the child's first name and age solely to personalise the classes, WhatsApp welcome, and progress reports. We do not knowingly collect additional information directly from children.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions and for analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking non-essential cookies will not affect enrolment.
7. Data retention
We retain enrolment records for as long as necessary to provide the Programme, comply with tax and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see section 9).
8. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. Payment data is transmitted directly to Razorpay over encrypted channels and is not stored on our servers.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to us at yashcubeclasses@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law.
