1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website challenge.yashcubeclasses.com (the "Site") and the 21-Day Cube Challenge programme (the "Programme") offered by Yash Cube Classes, operated by Yach Enterprise (Udyam-registered) ("we", "us", "our"). By enrolling in the Programme or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility & parental consent
The Programme is designed for children aged 5–15. Because participants are minors, enrolment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on the child's behalf and confirms they are 18 years or older.
3. Enrolment & access
- Enrolment is confirmed once payment is successfully received via our payment partner (Razorpay).
- Access to live classes, WhatsApp group, and (for VIP) recordings is provided by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours of enrolment.
- Access credentials are personal, non-transferable, and must not be shared with any third party.
4. Fees
- Programme fee: ₹999 (Normal) or ₹1,499 (VIP), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices may change; the price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you pay.
5. Programme conduct
Participants and parents are expected to behave respectfully during live classes and within the WhatsApp group. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, or otherwise harmful, without refund.
6. Intellectual property
All course content, videos, worksheets, branding, and materials are owned by Yash Cube Classes and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the materials for your enrolled child's personal learning only. Recording, redistribution, resale, or public sharing of class content is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimers
We strive to help every child complete the challenge but cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on the child's daily practice and engagement. The Programme is educational and is not a substitute for professional therapeutic or medical advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Programme or these Terms shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you for the Programme.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Programme constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
